After submitting the booking form, you will receive a PayPal invoice for 50% prepayment.

The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day. If you cannot use PayPal, please contact us for alternative arrangements.​

Yes! An additional fee of 5,000 JPY per extra person will be applied.

To help us prepare for your session, we’ll ask for a few details after your booking.

Please let us know:

• The names of everyone joining the photoshoot (for family sessions, please also tell us the number of participants and the ages of any children)
• The style or mood of photos you’d like
• Your preferred shooting location (if you have one in mind)
• Any accessibility needs or special requests, such as wheelchair access

If you’re not sure where you’d like to shoot, don’t worry! We can recommend beautiful locations based on your preferences, whether you’re looking for vibrant city streets, neon lights, traditional Japanese scenery, or natural landscapes.

If you have inspiration photos or examples from Instagram or Pinterest, feel free to share them with us. They help us better understand your vision.

Please note that some locations in Japan prohibit photography or require advance permission. The more details you can provide about your preferred setting, the easier it will be for us to recommend the perfect location for your photoshoot.

Yes, you can request your preferred location. However, photography is not allowed in restricted areas.

For locations requiring permits, additional fees for permissions or facility use may apply.

We understand that navigating cities like Osaka and Tokyo can sometimes be challenging, especially if it’s your first visit. To help your session start smoothly, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time.

If you think you’ll be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.

Please note that sessions cannot be extended to make up for time lost due to late arrival, as other bookings may follow.

We’ll always do our best to be flexible when possible, but arriving on time helps ensure you receive the full experience and the best possible results.

The photoshoot starts at the scheduled meeting time and ends at the designated finish time.

If rain is in the forecast, we usually make the final decision on the day of your session, as the weather in Japan can change quickly.

Light rain is not normally a reason to cancel, and your photoshoot will usually go ahead as planned.

In fact, rainy days can create some of the most beautiful and cinematic photos. Reflections from neon lights on wet streets, soft natural light, and the unique atmosphere after rainfall make for stunning images that simply aren’t possible on a sunny day. We also recommend using a clear umbrella, which allows more light onto your face while adding a stylish Japanese touch to your photos.

If heavy rain, strong winds, or a typhoon make the session unsafe, we’ll do our best to reschedule your photoshoot. Please note that alternative dates may be limited during busy seasons.

As a natural-light photographer, I always work with the conditions of the day to create the best possible images. For this reason, cancellations or refunds due to normal weather conditions are not available. Rescheduling is only offered when severe weather makes the session unsafe.

This plan is designed for casual portraits, so wear your everyday style.

For kimono photoshoots, please change into your kimono before the meeting time.

Cosplay, overly revealing outfits, and wedding dresses are not allowed. Clothing is not provided.

Edited photos will be delivered via Google Drive within 3 days after the photoshoot.

We only perform color adjustments. Skin retouching or body alterations are not provided.
